Meet at the First United Church (310 Main Street).
The gathering will move to Dunlevy & East Hastings,
Then to the Vancouver Police station on Main Street.
The public is invited to the Frank Paul Vigil on December 6th, which is the date of Frank’s death. As long as there are unanswered questions, we must keep moving forward to let society and to those with the power to make decisions know, that we have not forgotten and, that this should not ever happen again!
